Our client is a privately held Commodities firm specializing in Base and Precious Metals. Risk Manager will partner with Senior Risk Manager to provide active support to decision-makers in both the Business and Firm Management. Responsibilities and exposures include: Optimizing margin limits: Understanding the risk exposures, products, strategies, and revenues risk oversight, control, assessment and coordination; Maintain the integrity of risk metrics, proactively identify and resolve issues with risk representation, systems, etc.; Provide risk transparency, measurement, analysis, and view/judgment/advice/ to both senior management and business unit management, to include assessing/improving business risk-return grow/build/develop people, tools, relationships, systems. Qualifications for this role include: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance. 5-7 years of relevant experience in risk management, trading commodities. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to synthesize complex data, ability to work with initiative in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Experience should include Terminal Markets, Daily and Monthly P&L, Counter Party Exposure and Financial Cash Flow.

Our client, a growing independent SEC registered investment advisory firm providing institutional clients full-service strategic advice with specialization in investment policy, asset allocation, performance monitoring, measurement and evaluation, is seeking an Advent Axys Systems Specialist to manage the daily system operations, maintenance and execute prompt problem resolution of this product. This key technical position will include preparing, researching, fixing and posting (and/or coordinate those activities) investment data management files on a daily basis to prepare the software system / product for use by Consultants and Analysts. Additional responsibilities include teaching selected employees how to use Advent and research, fix and post data files. Focus on providing value added technical support to fully utilize the benefits and features of Advent. Position will report directly to Principals. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3-5 years experience working closely with Advent Axys software on daily system updates, including data feeds, customizations and maximizing the system. Must know the interrelationship of Advent Axys’s various functions and connections to outside data and pricing vendors. Must be able to effectively understand, define, design, test and implement business and functional requirements. NO relocation Only local candidates.

Our client is a growing community bank in Central Tennessee. As a result of growth they are seeking a Compliance Officer- VP with a focus on CRE and commercial lending/credit to ensure loans and documentation are in compliance with bank policies and applicable laws and regulations. Recommend strategies and operational processes in the on-going development of quality assurance systems related to bank policies; documentation, underwriting, regulatory compliance and internal controls; oversee Audits and represent the bank in community affairs. Bachelors in Business, Finance or Accounting. Must have 8 years of bank regulatory compliance, credit risk or equivalent experience. Commercial Lending/CRE experience is strongly preferred. Sound decision making and experience working with regulators.
